REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Women 35 – 74 years of age who have not had a mammogram as of 7/17/2024.
• Pre-registration is required.
• All insurance accepted. Free for uninsured women.
• Patients must be able to walk up and down stairs unassisted.
• 10-minute appointments.

Parking is free and available in the visitor lot at the corner of Alabama Street and Henry Street. Push the button to access an attendant who can open the gate. Inform the attendant you are there for the mammogram screenings.
